Working with Sandy Pickett in our last 3 real estate transactions has been and absolute pleasure.Sandy is the consummate real estate professional, an exceptional advocate and has been a trusted advisor in meeting all of our real estate needs.Upon relocating to the Washington D.C. area in 2015 from the West Coast, Sandy was able to quickly get us settled into a quaint neighborhood in Alexandria City. She devised a strategy that quickly got our townhome on the market as well as smartly finding condominium properties that met our downsizing needs in Old Town Alexandria where we were looking to purchase. Her strategy included maximizing marketing opportunities to quickly attract buyers for our townhome (our townhome went under contract in 2 days and sold for over the asking price) and prepared a strategically competitive offer for the condo we are in now. Out of 6 offers on the condo, ours was the winning offer thanks to Sandy's insights on how best to make our offer the most appealing to the seller.I will say, Sandy is the epitome of 100% effective professionalism. Within 1 week, our townhome was under contract and we successfully negotiated a competitive offer for our condo. Within 3.5 weeks, both transactions successfully closed.It doesn't get any better than that!!! Over the course of our two careers spanning several states, we've dealt in 13 real estate transactions. Before I signed a listing contract with Sandy Pickett at Keller Williams, I was wasting 6 months with a most unreliable agent at another brokerage.By the time I found Sandy I was discouraged and angry at my last agent because of her lack of doing assigned duties.
