I met Ted as a walk in to his office. We were concidering a move to either a new home or a condo. He did a survey of our needs and dicussed the pro's and con's of each. At that visit he took us to see a few condo's at 2 different locations which he felt fit our needs. When we finished that day and left for home Ted said he would e-mail some homes for us to look over at our leisure. On our visit with in a few days with Ted we had him set up appointments from the listing he sent us. We looked at 6 homes which would have fit our needs. We told Ted we would not be making any offers unless we sold our home first. Ted set a meeting to view and survey our home. He said our home showed very well and had great street apeal. He advise us to make some changes like power washing, minor painting, and tree prunning. We took his advise and then we talked about the sale process after the changes he sugested . We talked about listing price and we had a difference of opinion but Ted reluctently agreed to list at the higher price I wanted. Ted put together a video of our home using day and night time Images. We could not believe the out come . My wife and I both thought why are we selling this beautiful home. The bottom line is the day the video went online we had a cash offer. and 2 days later we had a backup cash offer for over our list price. It sold that fast due to Teds knowledge of the market in our area and the way he markets. Soon after the closing we put an offer on a condo That Ted found for us. I feel Ted took the time to listen to our needs and then act on finding a seller for our home and a new home to fit our needs.
