As Olde Atlanta Club residents wanting to stay in the neighborhood but move into a larger home, we knew Melody's knowledge of and experience in OAC made her the perfect agent for our family. We called Melody on a Monday to list our home, and by Friday she had it on the market. By Sunday evening, we had two offers! We were so happy to meet Melody at an Open House, which led us to use her services both in buying and selling our homes. Her honesty and expertise allowed us to make a reasonable offer. Her negotiation on our behalf was pleasant, professional, and persuasive. After buying a new home, we then listed our current home for sale. Her presentation of our home on various web sites was beautiful, and the writing was creative and effective in drawing interest. Within approximately one month, we received two offers. After working with Melody Parker to sell our home in Suwanee, I can say without reservation that I would highly recommend Melody to anyone interested in selling their home. We contacted Melody a few months before we were ready to list and she worked with us to pick the best updates to maximize the value of our home. After we updated the home Melody fully staged the home at no cost to us so it would show at its best and provided a excellent photographer to give our home a strong online presence. We listed the home on Monday and due to the online marketing and an effort to reach out to agents in our area with news of our home on the market we received multiple offers in the first two days. With a little preparation and Melody's marketing efforts we sold in less than 48 hours at our full asking price. Even after getting the house under contract Melody has continued to support us by helping us find a great contractor to fix a few issues found on inspection and get us to closing without any issues. Again I would recommend Melody to anyone who wants to sell their home.
