What do Clients Say?

"Not only did Gem find the condo I was dreaming of, he also assisted me with selling my previous one, all of this in two weeks’ time! He is a true expert and has succeeded to create a network of professionals to achieve high quality results."

Alex Tisserand

“Gem is one of the best – if not the best – realtor I ever worked with. He listens carefully and pays attention to the client’s concerns and needs. He is absolutely unflagging in his commitment to helping clients. Finally, he makes real estate transactions easy, transparent and stress-free for the client.”

Kate Merritt

“When I sold my place to relocate to London, it was listed and shown to real estate agents on Friday, had a 2-hour open house on Sunday, and got three bids. Gem accepted best and final offers on Monday, and it was sold, way above our asking price! He helped me stage it and price it perfectly to attract the right buyers. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and a real asset to any buyer or seller.”

Irene Goulimis

“Gem is an agent with a fantastic combination of good instincts, business savvy and – most importantly – heart. He effectively helped me navigate the ultra-competitive Boston real estate market with good humor and expertise.”
