About Julie

Having been in the Real Estate Industry since 1984 and licensed since 1990, Julie is managing Broker and Owner of McQuaid Agency.  Among her years of education and honors, she has earned the designations of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).  A "full time" Realtor specializing in Residential, Relocation, Lakefront, Second Home Vacation properties,and  Condos as well as Acreages and investment properties.  Having sold real estate in both Iowa and South Florida, Julie's success is due largely to repeat and referral business, which is the highest compliment she can receive.  Julie's attention to detail and strong communication skills make the home selling and buying a pleasureable experience!  Julie is not only selling homes, but selling Lifestyles!  Her Motto is to EXPECT THE BEST!  Julie is a member of the North Iowa Regional Multiple Listing Service and Greater Mason City Board of Realtors and Multiple Listing Service.  She was 2016 President of the Greater Mason City Board of Realtors and sits on various committees with her local board and Iowa Association of Realtors. Julie was a receipient of the 2017 Realtor of the Year award with her local board and was also the recipient of the 2018 Distinguished Service Award with the Iowa Association of Realtors.
