What do Clients Say?

Honestly, we could not have done this without your kindness, patience and professionalism and the belief that we were the right couple for the house. Thanks for everything you did and please extend our sincere gratitude to the Fairbanks for waiting this one out - we know we could have been knocked out of the queue. You are one stellar agent (and a nice man too)! — Best Regards, Cathy and Steve

Brian was a lot of fun to work with and made a very stressful process bearable. If we had to do it all over again we would contact Brian to help us once again. — Aimee

Brian did an outstanding job of selling our home and helping us find a new home. He knew our wants and needs and didn't waste our time on homes that didn't meet our criteria. He also visited homes before he showed them to us to make sure it would be the right fit. Brian is also a good listener which was essential since home selling and buying is a very emotional time. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking in the real estate market. — Dave & Eleanor

We have had an incredibly wonderful experience with Brian Ledig - he is the BEST!!! We met him at an Open House about 1.5 years ago - got on his mailing list - cause we knew we were moving "someday". Well it finally was the right time to "start looking" - we fell in love with the first house we saw with Brian - and wanted to look no more. Even though we were envisioning spending many weeks, months or however long it took to buy our ideal home - Brian saw our love for the 1st house we saw, and has helped us jump through many hoops to get the property we wanted. He helped us renovate our house "Turbo speed" so that we can get it listed ASAP and get the most for our money. We saw him on Saturday's and/or Sunday's in sweats (with a screw driver and tools) helping us with the HUGE project we had on our hands. Brian didn't instruct us to have this or that done, he was our team player - and always made sure he was active in helping us do whatever he could to help get this done. He has an awesome team of construction workers/network crew. Our new home closes soon. Hard to leave our current house that looks so beautiful now with all of the help of Brian. With joy we highly recommend and rave about Brian's amazing service for us!!! Brian was/is always available and is an amazing Real Estate Agent - one that we are now calling a friend. Thanks Brian for all of your hard work to make this happen at "Turbo Speed"- you definitely don't mess around, but make things happen!!

Brian is the consummate Real Estate professional. He has years of experience in West County. What I really like is that he is a hands-on agent carrying tools in his trunk to do whatever it takes make it easy on the buyers and sellers. Selling a house always involves fixer-upper and remodeling projects, so it is nice to have an agent with a construction background to be your right hand man. — Steve & Nancy

About Brian

Service - To serve theclient is my complete focus.

It is my commitment to you todo everything possible to accomplish your goals and make your transaction andtransition as smooth as possible. Each transaction is different and each clienthas specific needs and wants. Together we will define your goals and develop aplan to achieve these goals. At every step of the way I will be there; whetherit is to meet with appraisers, inspectors and repair people, negotiating onyour behalf or going over each step of the transaction with you. I use myexperience and knowledge to communicate the results so we can openly andhonestly discuss all your options. Many agents feel that the home is the centerof the transaction, when in reality it is the client - first and foremost.

Knowledge – I was first licensed in 1975. While the business ofReal Estate has changed over the years and become a more complicated andcontract oriented, the basics remain the same. At that time the sales contractwas one page, this long term experience serves as a great basis forunderstanding the current changes in contract law. Changes in Real Estatecontracts happen many times each year and it’s important to keep current onthese changes. This behind the scenes work is critical to staying on top and tofully understand each line of contracts and how they all interact and affect mycustomers.

Creativity – Although Real Estate is a transaction of contracts,it’s important to be knowledgeable and creative. In many transactions problemswill arise. It’s important to stay focused on the goal, not be distracted andcreatively come up with solutions that work for everyone.  Much of the negotiation process is toacknowledge that there is a problem and to have all parties work toward thesolution.

Production – In choosing an agent it’s important to connect withsomeone who is successful, productive and has an established network ofcontacts. According to the National Association of Realtors, the average agentsells 4 homes per year. I am happy to report that last year I closed 16transactions. This is not only a result of dedication and skillful negotiation, but a sincere commitment that you will have a serious, hard working agent therefor you to help you buy or sell your home.

Personally – I have lived inSonoma County for 30+ years and have an extensive familiarity with the areaweather patterns, wells and septic and individual beauty of our beautifulCounty.   My areas range from Oakmont toBodega Bay and from Petaluma to Windsor.
