We have had an incredibly wonderful experience with Brian Ledig - he is the BEST!!! We met him at an Open House about 1.5 years ago - got on his mailing list - cause we knew we were moving "someday". Well it finally was the right time to "start looking" - we fell in love with the first house we saw with Brian - and wanted to look no more. Even though we were envisioning spending many weeks, months or however long it took to buy our ideal home - Brian saw our love for the 1st house we saw, and has helped us jump through many hoops to get the property we wanted. At every step of the way I will be there; whetherit is to meet with appraisers, inspectors and repair people, negotiating onyour behalf or going over each step of the transaction with you. I use myexperience and knowledge to communicate the results so we can openly andhonestly discuss all your options. Many agents feel that the home is the centerof the transaction, when in reality it is the client - first and foremost.


Knowledge – I was first licensed in 1975. While the business ofReal Estate has changed over the years and become a more complicated andcontract oriented, the basics remain the same. At that time the sales contractwas one page, this long term experience serves as a great basis forunderstanding the current changes in contract law. Changes in Real Estatecontracts happen many times each year and it’s important to keep current onthese changes. This behind the scenes work is critical to staying on top and tofully understand each line of contracts and how they all interact and affect mycustomers.


Creativity – Although Real Estate is a transaction of contracts,it’s important to be knowledgeable and creative. In many transactions problemswill arise. It’s important to stay focused on the goal, not be distracted andcreatively come up with solutions that work for everyone.  Much of the negotiation process is toacknowledge that there is a problem and to have all parties work toward thesolution.
