Not one time throughout the 6 month process did this change. She was extremely responsive (Would usually return calls within the hour) and was always there when we needed her. Her local knowledge is superior and she has a referral network that is second to none. She made the process easy and timely. However, it didn't stop with the close of our home. Even since we closed Nancy is our go-to for any Collierville related questions. Her referrals have been excellent and has saved us a lot of time and money doing research. The fact that she continues to respond immediately to our calls even after the sale is complete, just shows that Nancy is in this profession for the right reasons. Her passion is noticable the moment you speak with her. With Nancy representing you, you are in fantastic hands!

Each time I have felt as though I was her only client, although I know she had multiple clients she was working with during the time. She is prompt when returning phone calls, she follows up on everything, and makes the entire process low stress and no hassle. Of course there are many "go-getters" out there. What sets Nancy apart is she is a "go-giver" as well. She sees her job as a calling, and it shows. She goes above and beyond to serve her clients, spoiling them with her time and attention. She gets to know clients on a personal basis and treats transactions in a professional, but also individualized basis. Her enthusiasm and positive attitude are contagious and they translate into a superior experience. I would recommend her to anyone.
