When my husband and I decided to sell our condo, we expected to experience a stressful time: repainting and staging, constant visits to our home, decision about the selling price and negotiation with the buyers, among others.However, Rochelle made our life much easier and the entire process went smoothly, from the re-cluttering and staging to the escrow closure. We were delighted.I want to mention the staging and re-cluttering specifically. At first, we did not want to do this step. Maybe we are old-fashioned, but shouldn’t people just look past our belongings and look at the condo itself? Rochelle insisted we would get a higher price if we followed her advise. It wasn’t complicated, but we didn’t want to do the work and spend the money. She explained that if we were going to move anyway, it is like getting a head start on packing.Well, we broke the price record in the building and we didn’t even have upgraded kitchen or bathrooms! She promised the work would make a difference and I am very happy to admit that she was right!Rochelle is very knowledgeable about the market, sensitive to our needs, kind and supportive. We are shopping for a second home and Rochelle has been great to work with. There are only a few buildings we like and she knows them all very well! One example of this was when we found a condo online and wanted to see it - she already knew the exact condo, the view and the drawbacks! We saw it with her and she was spot-on with her comments. We were referred to Rochelle as a local expert in the Boca Raton waterfront/beachside area by friends who live in the area. We are visiting homes with her this weekend as we shop for a second home and could not be more impressed with her local knowledge and level of honesty. I live outside of the US and used Rochelle to sell my condo in Boca Raton. She was, compared to most other real estate agents I dealt with, the most professional, knowledgeable and pleasant business professional I have dealt with. She did a great at ensuring my condo was well presented with professional pictures and great advertisement. She did a fantastic job getting us the most for our condo(her negotiation skills are superb!) and relayed the value of our property to potential buyers. She gave us weekly status reports and feedback and was on the ball when it came to the amount of time it took to sell. I would definitely recommend Rochelle and use her again!
