Deborah Reed has been with Coldwell Banker since 1988 and brings decades of negotiating expereience into every transaction. She has closed hundreds of escrows and has built her business on a long line of satisfied clients.

Deborah is a third generation San Diego resident who is familiar with the various neighborhoods and communities throughout the county. It is her standard of proctice to personally meet with buyers and sellers to ensure they understand the contracts, disclosures and reports. She regularly interacts with escrow companies, title companies, and lenders so that she can be proactive in handling any issues that could impact the transaction.

Residential real estate is Deborah's specialty, but she also sells multiple units and apartment buildings. She has extensive experience with 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges and short sales.
