Recently we decided to reinvest proceeds from a sale into a new rental in the Nashville area. Jacob showed us multiple properties in different areas. He researched tirelessly and provided invaluable information to help us make an informed decision. My wife and I live out of state and recently enlisted Jacobs services to locate land in the Franklin area. After a couple of conversations deciding what we were looking for he set us up to receive only relevant notifications of properties, we may be interested in. When we finally had the opportunity to make a quick spur of the moment trip to the area, Jacob did an amazing job of setting up and showing us multiple properties in our limited time-frame. His construction knowledge and eye for design, acquired while assisting his mother, owner of the Panhandle’s #1 interior design firm, set him apart.
