About Nanette

Nanette’s entire reason for moving to Austin was the music. “When I was 12, my cool Aunt Libby took my brother and me out to see a bunch of bands all over town, we both swore we would get here as soon as we could”. 

And she did - Nanette moved here for college in 1986, delved into the music world and has never left. What drew Nanette to Austin, the creativity and liveliness, are what drives her in her Real Estate business. She finds creative solutions and creative houses. If you work with Nanette, there is no doubt you will have fun! Nanette lives in South Austin and is raising two kids, her passions (besides music & houses) are yoga, fashion, visiting Marfa, and finding the perfect matcha latte. She also adores her dogs Toby & Carrot, and supporting her favorite non profits.
