About Steve

Steve has joined Corcoran to build further on a distinguished career as a widely recognized leader in the Northern Palm Beaches luxury residential and commercial real estate community.

 

A top producer, his customers and clients continue to leverage his energy, industry knowledge and professionalism, savvy business, marketing and negotiating skills. He continues to cultivate enhanced resources and to expand upon his diverse network relationships within and outside the real estate arena, all to the benefit of the firm’s customers and clients.

 

Steve serves in prominent leadership roles in a number of corporate, educational and non-profit organizations in the area.  Steve serves as a Governing Board Member of the Palm Beach County Sports Commission (chairing the Sports Hall of Fame Committee), a major component of the County’s Tourism and Development organization.  He is Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Governors of the Childrens Golf Foundation, the parent organization of The First Tee Gold Coast (serving the Palm Beaches, Treasure Coast & Broward County) after 0ver 10 years as Board Chair.

 

Steve has been a member of the Governing Board of the Loxahatchee River Environmental Control District ("LRD") where he has served multiple stints as its Chairman.

 

He is a member of the Jupiter Medical Center Corporate Board, and Honda Classic Ambassadors Club.

 

His past experience includes service as a Commissioner on the Town of Jupiter Planning & Zoning Commission, and as a Governing Board Member of The Club at Admirals Cove, in Jupiter where he served two terms as Club President.

 

Steve and his wife, Beth, moved to Jupiter, FL in 2001 from Livingston, NJ, where his prior professional experience included 16 years as a business, tax and real estate attorney and partner, president of a sports agency, partner in a club executive search/placement company, and principal in a telecommunications expense management firm that he and his partners sold to a public company.

 

He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Syracuse University, a JD degree from Boston College Law School and LLM in Taxation Law from NYU.

 

In addition to the CLHMS Designation and recognition in the Institute's Million Dollar Guild, Steve was awarded the NAR designation as a Resort & Second Property Specialist (RSPS) and the prestigious designation as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) in real estate.
