Licensed as a real estate agent since 1985, Fran initially worked in developer sales at Sawgrass Country Club in Ponte Vedra, Florida. Her work later expanded to the opening of Jacksonville Golf & Country Club and residential sales in the Jacksonville Beaches.

After years of traveling the world as a Navy wife with her naval aviator husband and two children, Fran settled on Kauai after her husband retired from active duty as a Commander at the Pacific Missile Range Facility.

Fran began selling real estate on Kauai in 2005 and has specialized in sales on Kauai’s south shore for almost 15 years. In 2007, Fran earned the designation of ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative. The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. Since then, Fran has also earned SRS, Seller Representative Specialist, RENE – Real Estate Negotiation Expert and the prestigious GRI - Graduate Realtor Institute. These coveted designations are awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Buyer & Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria. Most recently Fran has been awarded the designation of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and has also earned Million Dollar Guild recognition.

Fran and her husband love to paddle outrigger canoes, each of them racing with competitive teams. Fran is also a very active member of her community. She has volunteered with the Kauai Monk Seal Hui as a monitor, participated in numerous beach clean ups with Kauai Surfrider and helped organize numerous food drives for the Kauai Food Bank. She currently serves as a board member of Kukuiula Outrigger Canoe Club, board member and secretary for Kauai Habitat for Humanity, is a planning committee member of Koloa Plantation Days community festival and race director of the annual Koloa Plantation Days Family Fun Run. Fran is also a health and wellness enthusiast being a former Pilates instructor, runner, and yoga practitioner. When not paddling canoes or volunteering, her favorite outings include hiking the gorgeous mountains, open ocean swimming and scuba diving in the spectacular ocean of Kauai.

Having lived in Kalaheo with her family since 2002, Fran is an undisputed Kalaheo neighborhood real estate specialist.
