Erica Kitson is a REALTORⓇ and marketing professional with a passion for service and connecting with people. In her professional reputation she is known for being proactive, accountable, efficient and highly organized. Erica received her BA in Marketing from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and her MA in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University. Prior to venturing into the world of real estate, Erica was in direct marketing and promotions for the casino industry in Nevada and California and premium hospitality and services for the Los Angeles Dodgers and the San Jose Sharks sports teams. In the dynamic world of real estate, Erica’s background in direct marketing, natural ability for social networking, and focus on servant leadership are all integral in her success as a REALTORⓇ. She has experienced the best of Southern California and Northern California living....finally setting down roots in El Dorado Hills. Erica has immersed herself into the community taking an active role with a number of non-profit organizations (El Dorado Hills Endowment Giving Circle Member, former Grant Committee Member for Assistance League of Sierra Foothills, and a Founders Circle Sponsor for Count on Kids), involvement with youth community sports programs, and an active participant in her children's schools. She also serves as the Content Director for The Hills Living Magazine- a social publication for the residents of Serrano.
