About Kelly

Kelly Dippel started her real estate career in the commercial real estate sector in the heart of Silicon Valley in 2007.  She joined Coldwell Banker's Silicon Valley office in Los Gatos, CA soon after and realized her passion for the residential luxury market.  She quickly became not only one of the most sought-after agents in her office, but one of the top agents in Northern California, and is a member of the Coldwell Banker President’s Elite top 1% of agents globally.

Born and raised in the California Bay Area, Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise.  She has an energetic style and impeccable work ethic combined with a strong drive and a passion to get things done which has earned her the trust of her clients and regularly exceeds their expectations.  Kelly takes pride in helping her clients reach their real estate goals with enthusiasm, dedication, reliability, integrity, and proven results.  Kelly has built a team of experts that work together to provide her clients with a one-stop, service-oriented approach which takes the pressure off her clients and makes the entire process seamless.  Kelly has also built a team called Transitions that focuses on one-stop services for her Senior clients as they transition out of their family homes and into community living, as well as relocation services, investment properties, and vacation homes locally and globally.  

Kelly's work ethic and results has been recognized in the Silicon Valley Business Journal, by the Boy Scouts of America, and the Junior League of Silicon Valley.  Kelly has a passion for giving back to her community and was the founder of a local non-profit called Silicon Valley Cares that raised funds for local non-profits for 10 years, as well as a current member of the globally recognized Sovereign Order of the Knights of St. John.  Much of Kelly's success is due to her incredible network both locally and globally.

Kelly loves staying active and is an avid runner and skier.  She enjoys traveling, deep-sea fishing, cooking and spending time with her friends and family including her husband of over 25 years, her two successful sons, and her little Shorkie pup.
