Believe it or not, I contacted John Sposato and Arizona Home Group back in April of 2014 when I decided my husband and I were moving to Arizona from the Chicago area. My husband was a little slower to the concept. Anyhow, John and his team stuck with us through visits back and forth from Chicago to Scottsdale, always willing to take us out and see the latest home(s) on the market that met our needs. John was even a sounding board for a very frustrated me when I'd be here in Arizona alone visiting my daughter and I'd see something I loved, but my husband wasn't here to see it and didn't care for making an offer sight unseen (for him). Fast forward through a few of those types of things to May of 2018, when John took us to see what has become our new home in Scottsdale! YAY...Thanks, John! John and Arizona Home Group were totally with us the entire way through the contract negotiations, home inspection, and all the way through closing. I'd say there's got to be no better, more knowledgeable and accommodating professionals in all of the Valley! John was great. He was recommended to us and we are glad we reached out. We moved from out of state and started looking with John almost as soon as we got out here. We had to put the house buying on hold for what ended up being months, but John was patient with us while everything fell into place. Only when we were ready did the house search resume. He was always so helpful, communicative, and even went out of his way to show us any and all the houses we wanted to see. I always felt informed about my options to make the best decision possible. The overall experience was great and I would recommend him to anyone who needed a realtor.
