That said, in my experience as a real estate agent, I put my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

Personal Profile : I have been involved with buying and selling real estate, investment property and property management for over 30 years giving me a vast knowledge of the importance of service to my clients. I specialize in finding your Dream Home or Selling with an extraordinary experience whether it be Resort, Residential and Luxury homes, Waterfront, Golf course homes, investment and income property, short sales, bank-owned foreclosed properties, 1031 exchange or self-directed real estate IRA’s.

 I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Coeur d’Alene Association of Realtors, and the Coeur d’Alene Multiple Listing Services(MLS). I am a Certified Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).
Other Awards and Recognitions : Prior to my real estate career, I was a manager of an investment company and spent 15 successful years in sales and marketing management with IBM in Kansas City and Los Angeles. I am originally from Southern California and hold a Business Marketing degree from the University of Southern California.
Hobbies : I am very active in the community, including Habitat for Humanity, Coeur d’Alene School District and the tennis community.  My husband John and I met in college on the around- the- world floating campus “Semester at Sea” and have two teenage children. I enjoy skiing, boating, tennis and living the Idaho lifestyle.
