Real estate is Gina's business - it is not just a hobby or something she does for money on the side or when funds are low. She approaches every situation with stellar professionalism! She is a skilled agent who took the time to learn our needs from the very start. We were serious buyers in a time crunch. There was no wasted time in looking at property that did not meet our needs or property beyond our budget. Appointments were aggressively set since time was of the essence for our situation. She stayed on top of all questions we had on various properties and pursued the other agents until she got us answers. She knows her paperwork and did not half-way complete the contracts and supplements (I'm a stickler for not leaving blanks on contracts and she ensured they were no blanks). On top of all her expertise and real estate knowledge, she has a wonderful personality. My husband and I enjoyed getting to know her!
