Sharly has an extensive background in real estate on the Big Island, starting back in 1979 when she first became licensed. Sharly has historical memorys on all the devolopments,  real estate markets and trends that have occured in the last 41 years. As a firm believer in the importance of community involvement, and has been active for decades on the West Hawaii Association of Realtors, serving as President, Vice President, and every other executive office, as well as in a variety of positions at Hawaii Association of Realtors statewide. Awards include Lifetime Achievement Hall of fame,Realtor of the year, Best advertizing award and property managerof the year. In 2012 and 2015  the highly competitive "Best of West Hawaii Today" newspaper's vote for Best Real Estate Agent.
