I have lived in NoCo for over 30yrs and have over 10yrs experience helping people with the home buying/selling process.

I earned both my BA and MA in Education at the University of Northern Colo. and was a teacher, coach and admin for 15yrs, incl 10yrs on the Navajo Reservation.

I consistently study the housing market and have earned my designations in Short-Sale and Foreclosures (SFR) and Graduated Real Estate Institute (GRI), which incl in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process.

After 10yrs of foundational training and top-sales awards with Keller Williams and Coldwell Banker, I earned my Brokers License and began my own company, Stewart Properties.
