As Broker/Owner for NextHome Beach Time Realty, I sell and manage property throughout the St. Petersburg area; but specialize in the beaches, where my team of real estate professionals manage a growing portfolio of vacation and long-term rental properties.

A native of St. Petersburg, I grew up on the South Pinellas Beaches; making St. Pete Beach, where I live and work, the obvious choice for my own real estate office. Now we have offices in St. Pete Beach, Redington Beach AND our newest addition: a third office at the beautiful Sunrise Resort on St. Pete Beach, where NextHome Beach Time Realty is proud to be the onsite management company. 

In real estate sales, I specialize in the luxury market, as well as vacation rentals at every price point! What matters in both scenarios is finding and obtaining the right property at the right price. With investments, there is the added element of the right rate of return! The tricky part is that the property also needs to meet the Buyers' personal desires, some of which they don't even know until they start looking in earnest! It is often more like match-making than strict real estate! The courtship is being able to marry wants with needs. The proposal is the contract negotiation. The contract is our pre-nup. The wedding is our closing table! And, as always, the after-party is the best part! 

For Sellers, my Team and I focus first on price and then property preparation. Part of that is making sure the home is ready for the market. The other aspect is US making sure that we are ready for the market! Putting the very best foot forward from Day One is critical to the final sale price! Every listing receives our "white glove" treatment from professional photographs; video; Matterport 3D tour; intense online promotion; brochures; "Mega Open House"; postcards; and, so much more! Most importantly, my team and I show up for work! We do not stick a lock box on your door and say, "Go and Show!" We go and WE SHOW your property to its best potential. I am a Graduate of the Realtor® Institute, a Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist; A Certified Negotiation Expert® and an Accredited Buyers Representative®. My team and I have consistently won awards at the corporate level of the NextHome Franchise for production. 

With regard to my background and personal bio, I began my post-secondary education at the Duke University School of Nursing and later graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management. After a decade spent in Scotland, with my Glasgow-born husband, Bobby, the Fleeting Family returned to St Pete Beach, where I and my husband continued in the family tradition of property development and sales. Our first project in the US, The Villages of North Redington Beach, was the Overall Winner of the 1999 Parade of Homes! This was followed by a series of developments with a number of different joint venture partners and ultimately resulted in my serving as the Sales & Marketing Director for Coral Pointe Homes, with the responsibility for overseeing the design, marketing and sales of more than $200 million worth of new homes!

In 2007, when the property market was at a low point, I began managing properties that we had built, but not yet sold, as long and short-term rentals. The next thing I knew, friends were asking me to do the same for them. Ultimately this venture morphed into Vacation Rental Heaven. Then as a For-Sale side was added, it became Beach Time Realty Group. in 2016 we joined the nation's fastest growing franchise, NextHome. That move heralded a new era of growth and personal satisfaction as we spread our wings, helping more and more people realize their real estate dreams and goals!

I have been married forever, (29 years) and am the mother of four children and grandmother to five and counting! My husband and I live in St. Pete Beach in one of our previous developments. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and have aspirations of someday publishing the fantasy novel I have been working on, as well as the children’s books I have written for my grandkids.
