As a FULL TIME, top producing, Realtor I can relate to the range of emotions that one encounters when selling their beloved home, or when searching for that perfect new home. I specialize in the greater New Orleans & Mississippi Gulf Coast markets. I have been a resident of the New Orleans area all my life, and love living in this great city! I reside on the north shore with my husband, Wally (a Latter & Blum agent) and enjoy the great quality of life, and natural beauty here. I am a fan of our LSU Fighting Tigers as well as our New Orleans Saints!

I am a highly trained professional with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing as well as a Certification in Home Staging. I have also spent many hours earning additional designations to better serve my clients. These include ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist)-which fewer than 3% of all licensed REALTORS posses. 

After a 20 year banking career, this "client first" philosophy has always been my approach, and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business.  My licensed Assistant, Shelley Pettus is also there to offer you top-notch service!
