I am a native of California,born in Beverly Hills.Went  to Hawthorne Grammar school,and Beverly High School.Our Family lived on Alpine Dr. for 40 years.I was in the fashion business for 18 years.Sold ,ran a office, helped merchandise a line of clothing in the garment center.I went into Real Estate in 1990.It was a easy transition ,know your inventory ,know what is selling,design and colors,love what I do.Worked for Fred Sands and Coldwell Banker and Berkshire Hathaway.Now at Coldwell Banker again.Been a luxury agent for years at Berkshire Hathaway and Coldwell Banker.Seen a lot of luxury homes thru the years .I love to help clients with the process of selling their home and managing  their expectations.Helping them get ready to sell is one of the things I enjoy to do.Keeping up on current trends in lending and staging.Having a great team of escrow,lending,title people helps make a easy transaction.
