About Kathy

From military spouse to Luxury Home Specialist, Kathy Welhaf has the ideal foundation to help you curate a lifestyle in your dream home.

Meeting her husband, a United States Air Force pilot, in the real estate office in Florida 25+ years ago was the beginning of Kathy Welhaf’s dream life. She obtained her real estate license when they met and soon after getting married 3 years later, found herself in real estate school once again in Arizona. All the while dreaming of how to incorporate staging and design into her business, her passions didn’t end with real estate; she also had a passion for design and staging.  Throw in many military moves, across country from South Carolina to California, to moving to sleepy coastal towns, her passions never ceased. Raising a family was her priority, yet maintaining her skills, education, and continuing to gain experience was extremely important to Kathy. Over the years, the Welhafs purchased and remodeled several homes. Kathy developed skills and experience with home improvement projects and design. After her husband retired from the Air Force, they moved to Denver where she again obtained her real estate license.  Soon after, Kathy took her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for homes and founded Aspen Tide Design & Staging.  Kathy joined Coldwell Banker Realty in 2020 after learning about the company’s vision and core values putting the two businesses together creating Aspen Tide Properties. Kathy has built a reputation for outstanding service helping buyers and sellers in Metro Denver while curating and designing beautiful spaces to help the clients maximize their earnings potential.

Kathy is a grandmother and loves spending time with her grandkids. She enjoys playing pickleball and gardening. She loves to travel to the mountains and to the beach.
