Since 2003, I have enjoyed an exhilarating ride in Real Estate with Coldwell Banker, building a professional life full of genuine relationships. Each client becomes an important part of my life as I serve them as Realtor, and after closing, I am always just a phone call away.
I am a huge proponent of "community" and along with my family and our entrepreneurial spirit, we work to bring positive and progressive change to our local community. In 2022, I established a Fund ~ The Giving Initiative ~ and with every closing, a financial gift is made to help our local community. Also, along with my talented husband, I am working to refurbish The Graves Lumber building in Seneca, IL ~ where will be opening a coffee shop in 2023 that will be managed by a local family!
As a child growing up, MOVING was a way of life. I spent my childhood moving around the country: Georgia, Tennessee, Indiana, Maryland, Illinois ~ and overseas, where we lived in Liberia, West Africa. The experience of watching my parents sell their homes and choose another (over & over again) instilled in me a love for picking up and starting over. Today, that's exactly what I help my clients do.
I have lived in Central Illinois since 1989 when I graduated from college and married my college sweetheart. Today, we are raising our four children in a rural community that I love. I have spent countless hours volunteering in the schools my children have attended. I am a proud member of the U.S. Masters Swim Team & Joliet Blue Tides Swim Team ~ continuing my life-long love of competitive swimming ~ I am also a 2022 State Champion in the 200 Butterfly. I also enjoy writing poetry & being outside year-round and spending as much time as possible in the sunshine hiking with my family & walking my dogs Indiana & Finn.
