About Nancy

I'm a third-generation resident of Duxbury.  I was educated in the public school system and have fond memories of my summers growing up on the bay and at the beach.  My two grown children have happily done the same.  I moved away during college years, only to find that I truly felt that the South Shore truly is the best place to raise a family.

I have been listing and selling homes on the South Shore for more than 30 years, with much success in bringing buyers and sellers to a mutually happy conclusion. I joined Coldwell Banker to ensure that I would be able to give each and every client the very best personalized service.

 I have been one of the top ten South Shore sales agents every year of my career. I have closed on more than $100,000,000 worth of real estate on the South Shore and have qualified for the Diamond Sales Award in my company for the past 6 years. 

 I have served as a Director for the Plymouth County Board of Realtors. I am a Notary and hold the ABR, CRS, GRI and SRES designations.

 I am a member of the Board of Assessors for the town of Duxbury as well as the 4^th of July Parade Committee, this year we have scheduled the 125^th parade for July 3^rd, and we will have our Annual Duxbury Beach Party in September!

I am also a member of the Duxbury Business Association and the South Shore Business Leaders, a Marshfield based small business organization.

 I enjoy working with new people coming into our South Shore area, as well as old friends from my youth. Truly the focus of my business is to help every one of my customers and clients in any way I can!
