About Michael

Michael Busch is a full time Realtor who enjoys working with people and understands how difficult and stressful real estate transactions can be.  He strives to make the entire process fun and stream-lined for his clients.  Last year he was inducted into the Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle, which means he performed in the Top 5% of Coldwell Banker Agents Worldwide.

Michael has college degrees in Construction Management and Civil Engineering, and 20 years of Residential building experience prior to becoming a Realtor.  He has an extensive understanding of the building process, as well as the true definition of "quality workmanship". 

When buying your new home, Michael knows what problems to look out for, and will help you avoid costly pitfalls.  In a competitive real estate market, having a strong negotiator on your side is extremely important so that you don’t over-pay and lose money on your investment.  And, if you’d like to remodel or repair items within the home, he knows many contractors that can help you that won’t break the bank.
