Studies show that more than 80% of home buyers utilize the Internet as their initial source for locating a home. In addition to creative descriptions and multiple photos, your listing includes a virtual tour. This helps provide the best exposure for the fastest sale for maximum market value with the least amount of inconvenience to you.
I attend and pitch your listing at all pertinent caravans (events that only agents and brokers attend) to encourage other agents to view your property. In addition, I personally knock on the doors of homes in surrounding areas to solicit the help of neighbors in securing a buyer for your property.
