I specialize in helping Tampa Bay real estate sellers, real estate investor buyers and luxury waterfront homeowners in Tampa Bay. I am passionate about helping my Luxury Home sellers and buyers. My combined passions of real estate and education serve my people well. I am about doing the right thing, no matter what. Knowing the market and educating my people on it is the hallmark of my success. Developing a meaningful relationship with every person I can help is of utmost importance to me.

I am married to a long time boating industry executive, with one son in his 20's, a King Charles Cavalier, Sprinkle, who makes me laugh daily, and one cat, Crazy Hazy. Our family, yet small, is full of love and laughter.

We moved to Apollo Beach because of a job transfer in 2005. In 2017, after 12 years of living the Mirabay/Apollo Beach Lifestyle - we moved our family to South Tampa to be closer to our son's high school and to save hours spent in the car to commute there. The heart of our business remains in the SouthShore area of Tampa Bay and we have expanded our areas of expertise and opportunities to the Downtown, South Tampa and Lutz markets.

I have a goal to refer 200 reputable businesses to help people I know this year. Through our relationships with people, businesses and trusted partners I expect to close on a sales of volume of approximately $40M in Tampa Bay Real Estate this year.
