He never pressured us in any way and offered to pre-photograph/film any property that we might have been interested in to help avoid the hassle and expense of flying from over 1,000 miles away on a "maybe" listing.When we were ready to see the actual properties, Jared was very helpful in making the logistics of our trip more manageable from the point of the landing in Florida. He was very instrumental in selecting and ended up showing us the property that we actually purchased. He evaluated and explained the real market value of the property, and negotiated tirelessly on our behalf to get a fair deal. He stayed with us throughout the closing process; and was present and/or involved with the mortgage company, inspection and the pre-closing walk-through. Jared worked with us on the buy and sell side. His expertise of the area was very helpful in moving as quickly as we could but also while maximizing the price. If you want to work with a broker who is very responsive, then Jared is your person. We actually sold and closed on our townhome in less than 90 days from our first conversation about selling our house with Jared and had a buyer in 30 days. In that time he worked within a schedule that was convenient for us and took professional pictures and got high potential buyers through the house. We were able to sell quickly, but fortunately we were also able to sell at a price that topped the development in the last five years.
