I was very impressed with Wally and his team. I had a very difficult condo to sell because it had two bedrooms that were located upstairs. So that really limited my search for just the right buyer. During the process, I got a call from Wally twice telling me that the condo was going to be shown to a client he felt was a real prospect. I really appreciated the information so that I could make sure the condo was in pristine condition at the time of showing.
