About Mary

Broker Associate Mary Kriske understands that buying or selling a home can be stressful…She also knows that choosing the right agent is perhaps the most effective step you can take to reduce that stress level and ensure a positive outcome!

A calm approach coupled with knowledge, skill, and expertise are traits that Mary offers to buyers and sellers who want the right agent to help them make one of the most important decisions of their lives. Her mission is to make certain that all parties are pleased with the buying and selling adventure that they experience with her. “Good communication, calm negotiation skills, and knowledge of the market are tools that I rely on to make the process as smooth and comfortable as possible for my clients,” explains Mary.

For almost 30 years, Mary has worked closely with the residents of Martin County in a professional capacity. She founded a successful secretarial and bookkeeping service that primarily served Hobe Sound and Jupiter Island residents and organizations. During that time as owner and president of her company, she developed a strong and efficient work ethic that carries over into her present real estate career.

Mary is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and has achieved recognition as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS). Members of The Institute who hold the CLHMS designation have documented performance in the TOP 10% of their residential markets and have successfully demonstrated their expertise in the luxury home and estate market.

Mary graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University prior to moving with her husband to Hobe Sound in 1985. The couple found the quiet and friendly community to be an ideal location to raise their family of four children. Over the years, favorite activities have included boating, fishing, swimming, sports, and motorcycle and horseback riding – just a small sampling of the wonderful array of activities that Martin County has to offer and Mary enjoys sharing with others!
