At the time, I was not but there was something about Muntie’s approach and character that stuck in my mind, so I kept her business card. In March of 2022, I made the decision to sell my home. Remembering the positive impression, I got from Muntie, I called her to see if she would sell my house. She was very responsive and met with me almost immediately. Muntie came to my house, and we went through each room top to bottom. Muntie was upfront and honest with me from the start, saying what she would do for me but also what I needed to do for her. She had suggestions and tips on how to arrange or remove furniture and certain items from each room to highlight the best features and emphasize each room to its fullest potential for a more positive showing. Muntie is very professional and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to pricing your home correctly for the market giving it the best chance of selling and selling quickly. Her expertise in pricing generated more potential buyers. By following her advice and judgement, I received multiple offers in a matter of days all over the asking price. She secured a smooth sale and an excellent price for my home in less than a week, which was beyond my expectations. Muntie is an agent who is honest and open without any hidden agendas. Local knowledge Process expertise Responsiveness Negotiation skills We saw signs all the time with Muntie's name on it, so we called her along with other agents when we were listing our home. Today, there is a lot of internet tools for buyers that help them find houses and bring it to their agent to help make the purchase. So, in the beginning, I even told Muntie that listing a house today is far simpler than in the past. Guess what? There was nothing easy about this sale as we had people each time who saw the house, make an offer. But then, something went wrong. The financing, a lottery winner was going to buy it in cash, then a buyer just disappeared and so on. Muntie spent a lot of time and effort on getting our house sold. She also connected us with her attorney recommendation and he was great too. And, her house staging person did a good job as well, which made it easier on us. We moved out of state and so during a hot summer week, there was ice on our air conditioner, and she went there and took care of getting towels to dry up until it could be fixed. She also stopped by there repeatedly to make sure the house was in good order since we were not in Illinois anymore. In the end, she had to work hard to sell our house, with multiple deals falling through and troublesome buyers. Also, the fact that she is a seasoned agent, means that she used a lot of creativity for the deal that was close to the price we wanted, but not quite there. She negotiated with the other agent and her to even come up with the difference between the two of them. Bottom line; Muntie is an experienced agent who knows what she's doing and she bend over backwards to help take care of things with us in another state. I would definitely list my home with her in the future and you should too.

Muntie has been contacting us tirelessly without any good response from us for over the years. And then we decide to give her chance to sell our home after checking her review history. So we are ready to put our home on the market, then, the Pandemic happened. So she had to wait for another year before we put our home on the market at the end of May, 2021. She was very professional about contract and putting our home on the market. she evaluate the home with agreement on listing pricing and explained the contract thoroughly. She said the house will sell quickly. The house was sold quickly with 2 offers on same day. we sold the home in less than 24 hours. It appears to me, her after-service was not finished yet. She wanted to make sure we are comfortable with her service even now after the completion of closing. We were confident and happy with her experience, knowledge, and professionalism.
