About George
George McDowell (Mr. Magothy) has been in real estate since 2005, and has sold over 500 homes in that time, with over $150 million in those transactions. Outstanding negotiation skills (from a previous 30 year career in Information Technology, where his largest deal was over $22 million) to assist those sellers protect their asset portfolio. George has lived on the water since he was 5 years old, and now 55 years later knows the water in every creek, river and tributary along the Chesapeake Bay.
The McDowell Team was started in year 2 of his real estate career to further assist his clients in getting the best deal in the purchase or sale of real estate in the state of Maryland.
