Tom Hodgson was our buyer’s agent for our home search. We were interested in East Cobb specifically in the Indian Hills subdivision. Homes sell very quickly in that subdivision. Tom monitored the new sales and let us know instantly when a home came on the market. He would setup a showing immediately and we would go look at the home the day it listed. We closed on our home recently. For the home we purchased, it listed on a Thursday, we made an offer on Friday, and the seller accepted the offer on Sunday. You have to move fast in this current market as good houses are selling very quickly. Tom was always reachable. He would respond to emails and calls promptly. One of the many things I like about Tom is he gives open and honest opinions. He doesn’t “sugar coat” his responses and he will give you his unbiased opinion.
