About Jennifer

I came to Austin to attend UT and found home. After brief stints in Chicago and Minneapolis, I always came back to Austin as soon as I could. Now I live in my favorite place on earth (except maybe a Greek Island) and I feel so incredibly lucky to be here.

My background in finance, first as a trader and then working in the credit markets, laid the groundwork for a career in real estate and my experience as a three-time Iron Man triathlon finisher has really shaped the kind of focus and discipline I bring to my projects -  I enjoy helping buyers focus on their long term real estate and financial goals.  

In 2000, I bought my first home in Austin with an eye toward building a personal portfolio. In 2007, I earned my real estate license and made the jump to real estate full time in 2012. My finance background gives me an affinity for excel and an excellent grasp on how the real estate market and investments work. Excel is my native habitat. 

When I started to purchase, rehab and invest in properties in Austin, I learned about common issues found in central Austin homes and how to fix them. I am passionate about passing on this knowledge and working with people new to Austin; it gives me an opportunity to play tour guide and show buyers the corners of town that will fit them best! When clients come from New York and Chicago, my time spent in these places helps me to provide some unique insight into urban condo living. We just launched our pricing model of downtown condos and we're super excited about it. 

I'm not geeking out on a spreadsheet, or some great 1940's house that just hit the market, I can usually be found at Radio Coffee, the pottery studio, running around Town Lake or playing with my dogs enjoying this amazing city I'm so lucky to call home.
