Prepping our home in Thousand Oaks for sale early in 2017, we spoke with several agents from different companies, including Tamara, whom my wife had met when she was the sellers' agent for neighbors the next street down. Tamara has an extensive background in real estate.  Experienced in all aspects of real estate from residential, to investment, to development, she has earned numerous awards for her high volume of listings and sales.   A second-generation Realtor, she worked for Thomas Realty & Development Co. for many years.

Tamara holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from UCLA with a minor in Business and Administration.

 She served as 2016 President of the Women's Council of Realtors, the 12th largest professional women's organization in the nation. Under her leadership, the council was awarded the Landmark Award for providing oustanding member value,  the highest retention of membership in the nation and grew the chapter from a small network to a large network.

Tamara also holds the Certified Negotiation Expert, Senior Residential Specialist designation, Accredited Buyer Representative from the National Association of Realtors.  

Her past community service includes serving on the Board of the Rotary Club of Thousand Oaks for four years as Club Administrator, Community Service Director and Publicity Director.  She has also served as Publicity Director for the Westlake Village Garden Tour.
