I was recently honored by Coldwell Banker as the company's number one agent in Ocean City, Maryland and Delaware for 2021, a year in which I settled more than $80 million in Real Estate. I was also the company's number one agent in 2020. with more than $50 million in sales. In 2019 I settled more than $32 million in sales and in 2018 more than $30 million in sales. From 2009 - 2016 I am consistently one of the top sales agents at Coldwell Banker in the Ocean City/Delaware area. For the buyers I represent, I explore all possible options that meet their needs and desires, and work tirelessly to get them the right property at the best price. For the sellers I represent, every property listed with me is loaded into 925 websites to ensure that the property will get maximum exposure so that it gets SOLD in the least amount of time. I prepare a current and accurate competitive market analysis for each property I list. This helps my clients determine an appropriate asking price. I have open houses, prepare property flyers, place yard signs, hire a professional photographer to take quality pictures of the property, and prepare an on-line virtual tour of the property. Personal Background

I am a full time resident of Ocean City, Maryland and my full time job is selling real estate. This is NOT a part time occupation for me. I grew up in Pennsylvania and worked there as a top ranked sales representative in the information technology field for 20 years before moving to Ocean City. I love all that Ocean City has to offer both me and my clients, from dining at fabulous restaurants with family and friends, to a stroll on the boardwalk, a round of golf on one of the many courses, or a visit to Assateague Island National Seashore Park. I had two Golden Retrievers who enjoyed the surf and sand year round. They will always be in my heart and a part of my fond Ocean City memories. That's why my slogan is "Retrieving Results".
