Damien was fabulous! After trying a different realty company first, not selling, and not very happy with the attention we received we called Damien. He took care of everything. He created a beautiful video of our home that had to impress buyers. Each time I called him, he responded within 15 minutes. We we're put in touch with Damien to list our home for sale. My husband and I did not know what to expect with the current housing market and the entire sale process. In our first meeting with Damien he was impressive. He was on time to our meeting and was very professional and represented himself well. He invested his time to educate us not only on the process but on the housing market and truly gave us a realistic view of what our home was worth. We knew Damien would represent us well! When we needed to sell our daughter's home in Broadview Heights, we interviewed realtors, as we were not familiar with listing agents in that area. Here is a little about my history.
During college, I ran a mowing and landscaping company to pay my way through school to obtain a BSBA with Marketing Specialization from Bowling Green State University.
During that time, I mowed lawns for Realtor's listings. I began to grow interested in selling real estate once I graduated.
In May of 2002, I started working for Pulte Homes of Ohio.

In 2007 I obtained my real estate license to list Pulte's inventory in MLS. During my tenure, I always offered real estate agents referrals to my clients so they could get their homes sold.
I left Pulte Homes in 2013 in January. During my career, I was one of the highest-paid new home salespeople in Northeast Ohio. If there were a tracked percentage, I would've likely been in the top 1 0r 2%.
In March of 2013, I become a full-time Realtor® with Coldwell Banker.
By the end of my first nine months, I was ranked #5 out of all the CB offices in northeast Ohio.
Within the next nine months (I left and didn't work the last three months in 2014), I ranked #3 out of all CB offices in northeast Ohio. I also was the number #1 producer for my office and was awarded the International President's Elite designation for 2015.
So, what happened, and where did I go?
Not very far, but if you ever heard, a happy wife is a happy life. Let's say I listened.
I was offered a unique opportunity not to work weekends, not take phone calls at all hours of the day and still make a high income. My wife wanted it, and to be honest, so did I.
I left the industry as a full-time agent but still played behind the scenes doing referrals of my leads to other great agents.
I brought in around $120,000 GCI from my referrals in 2015 with listing any homes or showing any buyers. I did this all from my phone and my network of successful agents. My broker still talks about this scenario with other agents today.
In 2020 I started to miss real estate and what I could achieve. In 2016 I began consuming direct response marketing principles. I became quite obsessed with them. I realized I could make a more significant impact on my self and the community at large. When the COVID-19 occurred, I decided it was time to update my marketing plan and go full time back into real estate.
