My husband and I have moved multiple times and are very familiar with listing, selling and selecting a realtor. This time was uncharted waters. My sister and I were faced with moving our mother and arranging to sell our childhood home in a week. I called Cory and other realtors asking them to meet us on 24 hour notice. We were able to address problems that would have shown up later and possibly caused a buyer to demand concessions or repairs.My sister and I both live out of state. Cory handled EVERYTHING for us -even taking the closing check to the bank. Throughout the process he was always available when we called and kept in constant touch. He realized the stress we were under and did everything possible to make things go smoothly. I cannot say enough about his abilities and the kindness we were shown.
