About Laura

Laura has been in Breckenridge, CO since 2005 and absolutely never tires of the mountains and their beauty. It is amazing here and is no wonder that Summit County and Breckenridge are international vacation destinations.

Laura has been involved in real estate for many years and started Ski Colorado Real Estate in 2008. There are many wonderful agents in the area and it’s important to understand their strengths and how they can best help you in your real estate goals.

• Property Management: She started and built a vacation management company from the ground up that was sold in 2016. Over the years she managed units as small as studios up to 6 BD luxury homes. As the owner of a vacation management company, she has a very keen sense of how well a potential investment can perform. She knows which locations have the best ROI, and knows what upgrades can bring big returns.
• Investor: She is an investor herself. She has owned condos and homes throughout Breckenridge that she has bought, sold, rented, built, upgraded, done major renovations on, and more. She can relate on a very personal level to those wishing to invest in Summit County as well.
• Employing Broker: She owns her own real estate company. As such, she gets to spend all the time necessary to help her buyers and sellers meet their goals. She doesn't have quotas to meet and doesn't have a boss to please.  She only has her clients to serve. She has extensive education, certifications, and designations in real estate. She has been involved in land sales, commercial property sales, constructing new homes, helping primary and secondary home owners, helping investors, as well as international buyers. She loves new challenges and problem solving to help all of her clients meet their goals.
• Marketing Expertise: She has a background in engineering and mathematics. She worked for IBM and Hewlett Packard before starting down her entrepreneurial journey. She knows how to program websites, drive traffic through SEO, use Google Adwords, and in short, knows how to market properties.
