The straight forward honesty she provides can be a tough pill to swallow at times, but is much appreciated vs false promises, wasted time, and deflated spirits. She has the KNOWLEDGE and training to see a deal through correctly. She knows her stuff, and her comfort with the fine details of her profession puts me at ease. She has CUSTOMER SERVICE to be compassionate to my frustrations which are inevitable within a home buying process. She has also been compassionate in my most recent house sale, and the tough emotional circumstances surrounding it. She has been there for me verbally as a friend and my representative, and there for me business-wise on the dollar and cents end of the deal.
