About Leisa

I’m fanatical about customer service. I personally walk through every stage of the real estate transaction with my clients — you don’t get shuttled around to different team members when you work with me! This can be especially helpful for high-profile clients who require more confidentiality, or for anyone who wants a more focused, personalized experience.

I love helping buyers who are relocating to Nashville. Originally from Alabama, I’ve also lived in Hawaii, Chicago, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Cincinnati and Nashville (with brief stints in Fiji, Japan, Hong Kong and Western Europe). I know what its it’s like to move to a completely new place knowing very few people, and I use that experience to help make the relocation process easier for my clients.

My background in mentoring and education makes me a great fit for first-time homebuyers and sellers. I’m patient, and take special care to explain how the real estate transactions work.

My past experience in TV production and project management gave me a cool head in stressful situations and the systems and communication skills to keep everyone on task. In addition, co-owning a graphic design business for a decade means I’m passionate about marketing and the tools we use to attract buyers and sell your home.

I have an incredible network of agents throughout middle Tennessee, who share information and upcoming listings even before they hit the market. I also have access to Realtors® in other states and even other countries, so I can always help you find an agent if you move from Nashville.
