About Brian

His expertise includes knowledge of neighborhoods, inventory of homes and analysis of closed comparable, interior design trends, construction, technology and most importantly... negotiation. Brian has extensive real estate and property development/construction experience, with over 15 years working equally with first-time buyers and sellers as well as experienced developers.

Brian approaches real estate with the same dynamic enthusiasm as he did when he earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Marketing from the University of Illinois. This has enabled Brian to develop a unique perspective of housing trends in Chicago, offering exceptional real estate counseling and consulting.

Aside from real estate, Brian has been an avid sailor at Belmont Harbor for the last decade. Brian enjoys the multitude of cultural and entertainment events available within the city. He is a great source of reference for new restaurants and "hot spots" throughout the city. Brian is very fortunate to call his wife Lindsey and their three children Parker, Declan, and Everly, his family and enjoys his life in our great city of Chicago.
