I had the absolute pleasure to work with Robin during the March time frame when Covid began to make everyone selling a home uneasy. I first thought about listing the home myself or even using redfin/zillow, but new during this time we needed a professional, and so happy Robin hoped onboard! Robin truly knows the market inside and out, has KEY relationships all around the area that pleasantly surprised us. She has a pocket of buyers always looking, and knows if your home would be a right fit for them, she knows and is friends with many of the home builders/sales staff, and had close relationships with other top realtors in the market that makes your home that more marketable. Now, marketing. They have a very extended marketing network which touches all platform local and far, this was one key piece that was important to us. The traffic we got to our house was massive compared to what a small independent realtor would have been able to accomplish. With all that said, Robin was able to sell our home BEFORE it even hit the market due to her key relationships. No open houses, no stress. TLDR; -highly knowledgeable around the local markets -huge network of resources -Never pushy and went with the pace we wanted to go -surprisingly open to negotiations. Nothing was ever a no, but "let me see how I can help" -Ability to sell before your home hits the market (this was not her first per-market sell) -Her team provides recommendations for staging consultants and they reimburse you upon close! -Super friendly and easy to talk to -goes above and beyond -- anything you need, she will get done. She even has assisted us after close with packages and mail being sent. -finally, She does not stop after the sale. Robin put us in contact with another highly referred realtor to find our next home that was out of state. Don't hesitant to work with Robin and her team You will not regret it.

Robin has sold and purchased many homes herself, as well as recently completed her own custom home in the Hill Country.
