As many of the reviewers stated before, Danielle is absolutely THE BEST. Being first-time home buyers, we had a lot of questions, and we weren’t very clear what we were looking for. Danielle clearly explained the process, asked right questions to figure out our priorities, helped us understand what should we be looking at the while buying the house besides how it looks. Whenever we liked a house, she made sure that we understood what was right price to pay for the house. After multiple weekends of house hunting trips, and looking at 25+ houses, she found a perfect house for our family. She helped us understand what was right price to pay for the house, and helped us get the house at well below asking price and appraisal. She was our guide throughout the closing process and she is still guiding us as we are learning how to be home owners. I can keep on going… but I would simply say, if you want a real estate agent, call Danielle and you can never go wrong.

Danielle went above and beyond in every step of the process. She was available for us any time we had a question in the few months that it took us to find a house. We were very impressed at how hard-working she is. She worked tirelessly during the showings and the negotiations once we found our dream home. Paying less than the appraisal and having equity from the get-go was a great start. She was not shy to ask the sellers what was needed and truly did more than she had to, including multiple trips to the home right before the sale to checks on a last minute test/repair, so that we would get a home with no ugly surprises. She was kind enough to give us a basket full of thoughtful and personalized gifts in the end as well. I would not hesitate to buy or sell another home with her, or recommend her to friends and family.

SUPERB!!! She goes above and beyond being a realtor. When I would discuss the steps we were taking with friends and family they were amazed and a little disappointed they didn't get the same attention when they purchased or sold a home. This was my first purchase of a home and I have to say that having Danielle in my corner was an absolute win from start to finish. Her experience and knowledge blew me away. Danielle is not in it for a quick commission, she wants her clients to be happy for the long run which makes sense to me, being a business woman myself.
