I started working in the real estate/mortgage industry in 2004 on the mortgage side of the real estate transactions. In 2014 I decided to get my real estate license, and it was the best decision I could have made. I truly love helping my clients find their perfect next home and also helping my seller clients get top dollar when they are ready to sell. My 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry gives me a unique advantage in helping my clients understand the complex loan approval process.

In 2020, 2021 and 2022 I was elevated to the International President's Circle for being in the top 5% nationwide in our company. I have earned the following designations: Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS®), Accredited Buyer's Representative Designation (ABR®), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE®) and the Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designation (SRES®). As an ABR®, I am incredibly valuable to homebuyers. I know the buyer business inside and out, I’ve educated myself in all aspects of the buying process, and I have the most current and relevant market information.

I am an active member of the following associations: National Association of Realtors (NAR), Washington Association of Realtors (WAR), Clark County Association of Realtors (CCAR), Regional Multiple Listing Service (RMLS), and the Real Estate Buyers Council (REBAC). I have volunteered on the Membership Committee for the CCAR.
