About Bill (Wilton)

Bill is a Luxury Agent with over 40+ years of contract negotiations, finance, marketing and sales experience and is currently the team leader for the Weaver Arellano Group at GDW Realty. For the past 11 years, he has combined his passion for people and architecture to make real estate an enjoyable and rewarding experience for his clients, while building strong relationships. 

 

Just prior to getting his California Real Estate License, he held the position of Executive VP for Starstream Communications in Norhtern California, where he developed strong problem-solving and negotiating skills, along with his financial and business acumen, all of which have become invaluable when representing his clients in one of the largest investment of their lifetime, as a Luxury Real Estate Agent with GDW Realty.

 

As an Electrical Engineer in Dallas, Texas and while holding the position of International Marketing Engineer; he was afforded the ability to experience architecture and lifestyles around the world, before heading up Weaver/RS & Associates, an Interior Design and Project Management Company with Offices in Hawaii and Los Angeles. He got into real estate investments with his clients working on projects in Hawaii, Dallas, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
