About Stephen
Stephen Swanton moved to St. Croix in 2015 from California, having always dreamed of living in the Caribbean. Stephen had been an avid cyclist prior to moving to St. Croix, but he had never participated in any endurance racing. In 2015, Stephen signed up for a cycling race and a triathlon, on a whim, without even knowing how to swim! Since then, he used a systematic and data-driven approach combined with dedication and discipline to become a top triathlete and elite cyclist on St. Croix and he is a Vice President of the Virgin Islands Triathlon Federation. He has competed at the international level in both cycling and triathlon and he was the overall winner of the 2018 "Beauty and the Beast Triathlon" (formerly the Ironman 70.3 race).
In his training, Stephen has explored every inch of this beautiful island and he uses that knowledge to help clients find their perfect island homes, condos, or plots of land. Stephen is looking forward to helping others find the same joy and fulfillment he has found since moving to St. Croix.
