Great experience and unmatched performance by Maricruz. She has a vast and thorough knowledge of the areas and markets in Austin. She's also a bilingual English and Spanish speaker. Maricruz, while not a legal professional, very confident, and familiar with legal documents. Always provided great unbiased advice. She will always voice what you need to know, not what you want to hear. Great experience! We did three transactions with her, sold two properties, and bought one property.

About Maricruz

Maricruz is fluent in English and Spanish. She has been in Real Estate for over 12 years in Mexico, and moved to  Austin in 2010.  Since she has experienced first hand how hard relocating into a new city can be, Maricruz is ready to help you have a smooth experience.

Maricruz has three children, two UT Austin graduates and a Senior at Westlake High School. She is married to a Texas Native, who also has three grown children, so they have a very active family life. She loves going to concerts and running at Town Lake. She also enjoys serving their community through YMSL (Young Men Service League) with her youngest son, and some other local organizations.

Most of her work is usually in the residential market, but Maricruz has fueled her growth with continued education, which has allowed her to expand to industrial and commercial properties too. Recently named a Platinum Top 50 semfinalist for 2021 , Maricruz also works with builders and investors to find the best way to produce income and protect their equity.

Her goal is to use this experience to sell your home, buy your dream property, or make wise real estate investments.
